Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I will meet with you and discuss your birth options and assist in creating your birth vision. I will help you make informed decisions about your choices and desires about your birth. We will have two - three prenatal meetings where we will get to know one another and build a trusting relationship. I will discuss the different options as far as pain reduction, such as, massage, positions, breathing, visualization, and medication. I will provide unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and shortly after birth. I will be on-call for two weeks before and up to two weeks after your due date. I will stay with you continuously throughout the entire birth and up to two hours after the birth to ensure that you are comfortable with breastfeeding, and with your newborn before I leave you. I will have one postpartum visit with you to follow up and make sure you are doing well. I will also give you a short version of your birth story to share with you, just in case you have forgotten some of the moments of the event.

I am a certified massage therapist. Specializing in prenatal and labor massage. Massage has many benefits for you and your baby.
$75 per hour
Belly Casting
This is a creative way to remember and honor your pregnancy. With many options to cast your belly and to decorate the cast once it is dried.
$125, this includes materials.
Placenta Encapsulation
This is a process where I take your placenta home form the hospital, put it through a process of drying it out until powder form. I then put it into capsules where you ingest them on a regular basis after birth. There are many benefits to this. If you would like to learn more, please ask for details.
